Send back your completed documents to me. Then you will hear from me in the end of the week to get started.

During the program, we text each other every day via WhatsApp, LINE or email.
You are going to record your weight and take a photo of everything you eat & drink, then send it to me.
I check and analyze your message and photos, then I give you advice accordingly.
